Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please reach out to Chantel (385-235-4844) no later than 72hrs before your event. No refunds on services rendered. Genuine Events and Entertainment reserves the right to keep half the deposit paid for time, scheduling and admin fee's if event is cancelled. We know every situation is different and and want to maintain your business, we may offer a chance to reschedule for a later date in order to not lose out on your deposit.
